It’s time to clean up and fit back into my clothes. I’m sticking with one plan. I’m using Jamie Eason’s 12 Week LiveFit Trainer. I want to finish it all the way with weight training and clean eating my goal is to get back to my previous weight by end of summer and then my next goal by November. I am also going to restart my running and sign up for a few races this year. My next race is the Star Wars 10K.

This workout consists of strength training and clean eating. My eating will be more disciplined and healthier over the next 12 weeks. So no cookies for me for a while. I do have travel coming soon so it will be interesting to see how I can incorporate this plan with travel/vacation.

MY WHY?

I’m tired of not fitting into my current wardrobe. I have put on over 20 lbs and it hurts to run a mile. I want to feel better and not have insomnia, GERD or health problems. I need to feel better about myself and take care of the body I have.

Today was Day 1 of Jamie Eason’s 12 Week LiveFit Transformation. It felt good to move finally!

50-minute walk + Triceps and Chest Day

Nutrition

Meal 1: 2 egg whites, protein scoop, apple
Meal 2: almonds
Meal 3: 3 egg salad on lettuce
Meal 4: apple, peanut butter
Meal 5: chicken, Brussel sprouts

WATER: 100oz.

Supplements

Scivation BCAA 1 scoop with water
